What is GoosyWorld?
GoosyWorld is the overall brand for different Chat and Entertainment products, based on Web, Wap and Mobile technology, wrapped in high quality graphics. If you are a member of the GoosyWorld Community you have FREE access to all GoosyWorld Products, whether you choose the Mobile version or both the Mobile and Web versions. GoosyWorld is the product of ongoing developments, and there will constantly be adding new Web and Mobile features to the communities.

The GoosyWorld.com Web based version is a community with several pre-defined environments, where you get your own place and character which of course can be customized. You can create your own private chat rooms which you control, and give access via the password that you choose. When you interact on the website you earn higher rank and GO-coins that can be used to purchase Goosy Stuff for your house and character.

How do I get access to the site?
You can register here on the www.GoosyWorld.com website, or at any of the web sites of our affiliate partners, but you can also register through the GoosyWorld Mobile Chat application. Whether you register via Mobile or Web you have only one login name. So wherever you are, you have access to different GoosyWorld products.

Can I use my mobile phone for GoosyWorld?
Yes, there are a lot of possibilities for you to use your Mobile Phone for GoosyWorld products. For one; you have access to FREE cool mobile stuff as Java games, animations, wallpapers etc. and secondly you can run GoosyWorld CHAT in a Mobile Version.
Due to memory issues and technical differences between Web and Mobile the Web and Mobile Chat is not identical, and some feature, (eg. the mobile image uploader) that you can find on the Mobile version can’t not be found on the Web Chat version, and vise versa.

What does is cost?
The approximate price is 2-4 euros per month depending on the territory that you are located in. For the monthly price you get full access to all GoosyWorld Products; GoosyWorld.Com, GoosyWorld Mobile Chat and the portfolio of FREE GoosyWord Mobile Content (games, animations, ring tones, wallpapers etc.) First time you login after your registration you receive 500 Go-Coins, and each month you also receive up to 3000 FREE GO-Coins, which can be used to purchase stuff for your home and character.

Which countries can I pay from?
Goosyworld.com countries are at the moment: United kingdom - Denmark - Estonia - Finland - Germany - Ireland - Netherlands - Norway - Spain - Portugal - Sweden - Switzerland - USA - Malaysia - Singapore - Thailand - Australia - More coming soon...

How do I pay?
You use your mobile phone. When you register on the Website or at the Mobile Application, you will receive a Wap push message, when you click on this link you’ll activate your payment.
Payment via Paypal and Credit card will also be available soon.

Why is it not free?
Developing and hosting a Web and Mobile Chat Community costs money. But we have set the prices so low that everyone can be a member and have hours and hours of fun, without you being totally ripped off ?

Can I purchase more credits?
As a member on the GoosyWorld Community you will earn GO-Coins by interacting on the website every day. You can earn up to 3000 GO-Coins a month. You don’t need extra coins to earn Rank and interact fully on the website. However if you need extra coins you can purchase these in 1500 and 3000 GO-Coins packages. To prevent misuse, you can only purchase these extra packages a limited times a day.

How can I improve my star rank?
Your rank on the GoosyWorld depends on your loyalty to the GoosyWorld Web Site. Each day you login to the GoosyWorld.com website your Rank Barometer increases. You can receive from 1-5 Rank Stars.

Who can I contact if I need help and guidance on the website?
There are many approved moderators on the Website. You can recognize these moderators by the special Moderator-necklace that they wear.
You can always send an email to: support(add)goosyworld.com with any questions you may have. We answer all our emails within 48 hours.

Can I become a moderator?
If you would like to become a GoosyWorld Moderator, you must be recommended by 3 other members of the community and then approved by the GoosyWorld Team. Ask 3 of your GoosyWorld friends, which have more than 30 days of membership to the GoosyWorld Community, to write an email to: support(add)GoosyWorld.com and we will let you know of your status within 7 days.
